At Rira Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for purchases made through Rira Store.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
- Products purchased during special clearance or final sale offers
3. Exchange Policy
If you receive:
- A wrong product
- A defective item
- A damaged product
- A size issue (subject to availability)
you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verification.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping charges may be covered by us.
- For other eligible returns or exchanges, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Cancellation Policy

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return/exchange process.

9. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return, refund, or exchange request related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products, customers must provide a clear and uninterrupted video recording while opening the package.
The video must:
- Clearly show the sealed package before opening
- Show the package label and order details
- Capture the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
- Clearly display the issue or damage in the product
Requests for return, refund, or exchange without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
This requirement helps us verify claims and prevent fraudulent requests.
